No.12 High Pavement is self-contained and within a short walk of the city centre so benefits from excellent public transport with buses and the NET tram system being approximately 50 metres from the property. The Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery, one of the city's major tourist attractions, the Justice Museum plus the Lace Market’s well known haunts, a boutique hotel, bars and restaurants are all close by.
There we have three mews-style office buildings each with three individual rooms over three floors. So each unit allows for a reception area and, importantly, your own front door to the street. Our availability changes but we can sometimes offer these as a complete separate private office unit with your own front door, ancillary areas such as a tea facility and a loo; alternatively the individual rooms within a unit can also be available with shared facilities but call us to check current availability.
Each floor within a unit will accommodate three to five desks plus in a shared unit there is a dedicated tea area and unisex loo. In addition, some units will have a number of windows that are street-facing and could provide for advertising space or branding.
The monthly fee per room is from £600 and that fee is all inclusive of rent, heating/lighting and business rates (subject to terms); fibre broadband is installed and available too direct from us at £35 plus VAT per month.
