The building has five floors of office space with a lift and centred around shared and maintained kitchen and loo areas; some suites have their own self contained facilities too. Office sizes vary from small rooms to larger suites all on one floor and there are flexible options regarding broadband, fibre and other services.
Availability changes but we have options for two people up to 20 people plus; depending on size and facilities rents vary, starting from £450 plus VAT per month upwards but in a typical medium sized room you can usually budget at around £150 plus VAT per person/desk and on an all inclusive basis so the rent, heating/lighting and business rates are all in the one monthly charge.
