Our virtual office can provide your business with a Nottingham city centre NG1 business and Registered Office address but without the need to own, rent or lease a traditional office.

This allows you to dump your home address or risk “no address” (though Google always finds you) and have a proper street address in the vibrant city, Creative Quarter or Hockley areas of Nottingham that is properly associated with your business - vital for your online presence and working with Google* and your website plus maintaining brand values.

Our simple virtual office package costs £25 per month plus VAT, so £1 a day. We can add various options and add-ons to the core service that you may find useful, and extra services are mainly charged on pay as you go terms so it’s a flexible easy in and out contract with no fuss; at this low cost core service level you will get:

The use of an address, including your Registered Office address, and your basic mail such as HMRC, Co House letters etc is opened and scanned to you by email and…

  • we can also sign for occasional special mail and small parcels and keep them until you can collect or we can have it forwarded by Royal Mail at cost but if you need more then a next service level option is available below.

  • with virtual office PLUS we can also provide real office space for coworking, for temporary private working or for a meeting but only when you need it; you can book it in advance, pay monthly at £150 plus VAT on our third service level option or just pay as you go on an hourly rate of £15 plus VAT added to your basic monthly billing.

  • on the contact page you can choose from one of three NG1 addresses but choose our address at Gothic House for mail or parcel signing and retaining or to use a meeting room at the same address.

You can also add a BUSINESS LANDLINE PHONE NUMBER that diverts incoming calls direct to your mobile phone number at around £10 per month with other options available too; all direct from Air Landline™ and you can enquire by ticking the box on our application form page or decide later when we send you a link.

All of this in a personal service that’s compliant with HMRC, MLR and other legal requirements and regulations; so it’s subject to ID and other checks but with simple terms and conditions that you’ll know from the start; all pricing is plus VAT but no surprises later either.

* Note that to work with Google you need to be aware of their guidelines which are regularly updated so can change

If you have a virtual office already check with your provider that they are correctly registered so that you are, ask for their supervisory body registration numbers, without UK Govt supervision they cannot provide this service - don’t get caught out as it can cause problems later.
