Deep in the Nottingham Creative Quarter district of Lace Market and Hockley we have a large canvas to work on for a bigger team that needs everything in one space and ready to move into now; it’s a short walk into the city centre and excellent public transport, buses and the NET tram system on your doorstep. The Nottingham Contemporary art hub is nearby, one of the city's major attractions, as is the Justice Museum and all of the Lace Market and Hockley area’s well known bars, cafes, restaurants, and a boutique hotel.
The space is ideal for larger teams of 50-60 people plus, with large open plan areas as well as private rooms, meeting areas and tea and coffee facilities.
Some areas are already set up to facilitate co-working and hybrid working and all of it is guest friendly.
The monthly fee is subject to negotiation but expect to pay between £200 and £220 per desk - if it sounds right ask for details
