Terms of Business
The terms on which we provide your Nottingham business address and mail handling.
The service
NG1 Group Ltd provides a registered office and business address in Nottingham city centre, with your mail opened and scanned to your email, from £25 a month plus VAT. Meeting rooms and additional services are available where offered.
Setup charge
A £30 + VAT setup charge opens your account and covers the identity check and address registration we are required to run before your address can go live. This charge is non-refundable.
Identity verification
By law we must verify your identity before your address is active. You agree to complete our identity verification, carried out through Credas, and to provide the documents we reasonably request. We cannot activate your address until these checks are complete.
Acceptable use
- A licence covers one business unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- You confirm you are applying for your own lawful business purposes and not on someone else's behalf without telling us.
- The address must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
We open and scan your mail and email it to you. Original items are held for collection or forwarded by arrangement. Parcels are signed for where the service you hold allows.
Payment and cancellation
The service runs on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract and no exit fee.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end the service where we are required to for legal or anti-money-laundering reasons, or where these terms are breached. We will tell you where we are able to.
