Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We process your information to provide the service you have asked for (the lawful basis of contract) and to meet our legal obligations as a provider of business address services under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and related legislation (the lawful basis of legal obligation).
Identity verification
Identity checks are carried out through Credas, a specialist UK identity verification provider, acting as our processor. Credas verifies the documents you submit and returns the result to us. Their handling of your data is governed by their own agreements and UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Where records are held to meet anti-money-laundering obligations, we are required by law to keep them for five years after our business relationship with you ends. Other information is kept only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here.

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to run the service (for example our identity verification processor) or where we are legally required to, such as with HMRC or law enforcement agencies.
